I’m Back
The past few weeks were non stop since I came back from my trip to Chennai, India. I promised myself that I would get back to my blogging but as always life be lifing. Yesterday, we had our early May bank holiday which so happened to fall on Cinco De Mayo. It was nice to be still and enjoy some quality time with Chloe. We ate popcorn, drank bubble tea, and watched Bluey. We also played The Guessing Game and went to the park. As someone who always feels the need to be booked and busy, it was nice to lounge. I know that with the short work week and the packed calendar with meetings, it may be hard to step back but I will make every effort to get back into the swing of things. There are so many things that I want to cover in the coming weeks. I am excited about potential partnerships and my sense of purpose of urgency. It is also Mental Health Awareness Month in the US and in the UK we will have Mental Health Awareness Week. As someone who believes in the power of taking care of your mental health, please look out for more content that covers this space. I am realising the importance of community and it is so important to foster meaningful relationships. So cheers to the week ahead and make sure that you pour into yourself and have a tribe that you can pour into each other. See you soon.
