I am truly happy, honoured, and humbled to be featured in the 2025 Empower Role Model - Future Leader List supported by YouTube! These global Lists by INvolve.people champion trailblazers across businesses who are driving positive change for people of color in business.  It’s great to be recognized alongside these global Future Leaders, and I cannot wait to drive further change both within my own company and beyond. I am equally proud that this is my third year being featured in this list. In today’s environment where it may be challenging to continue to drive the change that you want to see, I am grateful to see people who just want to do the right thing and foster a culture that allows people to thrive. As the late James Baldwin said, “not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” So, let’s keep on pushing and remind ourselves that there is value in developing an inclusive culture.
